Order Pickup

If you choose to pick up your order at our shop, you may do so anytime during our normal business hours. We are open Tuesday - Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (closed Mondays). Our address is 500 Sylvan Heights Park Way, Scotland Neck, NC 27874.  Please wait until you receive an email confirmation that your order is ready before arriving at our shop.

Shipping

Your order will be shipped from Scotland Neck, NC within 3 - 5 business days.  We charge a flat rate for shipping within the continental U.S., which will be noted on the checkout page.  For orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, or international orders, additional shipping charges may be required.  Please contact us before placing your order if you have any questions.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
